CVGT’s Apprentice & Trainee Speed Interviews
CVGT Australia are looking for apprentices and trainees to work across a range of occupations.
The company will be conducting 15 minute speed interviews on August 30 & 31 to identify applicants for apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
CVGT Australia Acting Deputy CEO Vaughan Adams said that the speed interview concept is new to CVGT and has been well received by applicants and employers wanting to increase their current workforce.
“Interest in our speed interviews is high, with more than half of the 100 available spaces filled.
“I’d encourage anyone considering an apprenticeship or traineeship to book an interview as soon as possible.
“Applicants do not need to submit a resume or cover letter, we just want to meet the candidates and talk to them about their interest in their chosen field.
“A CVGT apprenticeship or traineeship is a great way to work for an employer that offers award wages and conditions, personalised support and safe workplaces,” Mr Adams said.
With more than 500 vocational possibilities, an apprenticeship or traineeship is a great way to combine training and employment to complete a nationally recognised qualification.
Apprentices and trainees are employed by CVGT Australia, have a dedicated field officer and are connected with a host employer in their chosen field.
“Our host employers are the best in the business and are committed to teaching apprentices and trainees the skills needed to complete their qualification,” Mr Adams added.
