Mutual obligations temporary suspension. February 27-March 1, 2023

The Australia Government has advised that due to ongoing technical issues, mutual obligation requirements have been temporarily suspended for all participants. 

These arrangements will apply from Monday 27 February until Wednesday 1 March 2023 (inclusive) for our Workforce Australia Services, Workforce Australia Online, Disability Employment Services and ParentsNext participants.  

Participants will not be subject to compliance action or payment suspensions. Special circumstances exemptions will continue to be available from Services Australia for participants who require them.
