Closing the Gap
Local artist Ronald Kerr explains the meaning of his painting ‘Closing the Gap’ which holds pride of place in the foyer of the CVGT Australia Head Office located in Bendigo.
Ronald Kerr is part of the traditional owner group of Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Central Victoria, and works with Dja Dja Wurrung as a Project Manager for Cultural Heritage works.
His work involves working out on country locating, preserving, and protecting cultural heritage for Dja Dja Wurrung people.
Originally growing up in Deniliquin, New South Wales, Ronald has been in Bendigo for the last 13 years.
Ronald has a strong passion for art, but as it is deeply personal to him, he doesn’t sell his paintings. As such, CVGT Australia is privileged and honoured to have the ‘Closing the Gap’ piece in the foyer of our Head Office in Long Gully, Bendigo.
