As an employer do I need to bring anything?
All you need to bring is yourself and any banners or advertising material/merchandise that you’d like displayed. We will provide you with everything else including question sheet.
What type of work are the candidates looking for? And what if there aren’t any in my industry?
The candidates are looking for various work but are all open to new challenges.
Last year, a gentleman with experience in leadership, administration and finance was employed by a public transport company as a bus driver. A couple of years ago a builder was employed by a disability service as a support worker…. so if you like the candidate, pitch your role to them!!
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, but please email
[email protected] so that we can provide interview pack and name tag.
What to wear?
Your general business attire.
How many employers and candidates will be taking part?
We are expecting approximately 60 employers and 60 candidates on the day.
Can I promote my business?
Yes!! Bring your banners and promotional material and we’ll let you know where you can set it up!
Why should I take part in this?
Because you might reach a candidate who may not consider applying via Seek (or other traditional avenues).
