Victoria lockdown: branch offices closed; stay connected

Our branch sites in Victoria will be closed from Friday 27 May 2021 until Monday 7 June 2021 in line with the Victorian Government coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. You can still access our services in a COVID-safe way by phone, web chat or email. Visit our Contact us page.

Mutual obligation requirements for Victoria will be suspended from Thursday 27 May 2021 to Monday 7 June 2021 inclusive.

Our branch offices in Tasmania and New South Wales remain open. When visiting our offices, we ask that you monitor your health, practice social distancing and sanitise your hands with the hand sanitiser at the door.
